Designed with a tuned hybrid construction, these ear pads feature a lambskin lined inner space, perforated lambskin outer layer, an Ultrasuede face surface, and soft foam interior with a pillow-top—delivering the softest, most plush feel of any AB1266 pad to date. Now assembled in-house in our US facility with new construction and top shelf materials, these ear pads are the finest we've ever offered for the AB1266.
Choose Your Fit and Material:
🔹 Standard Fit (Stock AB1266 TC Pad) – Now shipping with all new AB1266 TC headphones, this version provides a better seal to the head, ensuring consistent sound regardless of head placement. A more intuitive fit makes the AB1266 easier to use than ever before.
🔹 Classic Fit – A shallower depth (similar to the old pads) barely makes a seal, ideal for those who prefer the floating fit of the original AB1266 design or for large heads. This option preserves the signature spaciousness of the headphone while maintaining a comfortable, relaxed feel.
🔹 Vegan-Friendly Ultrasuede Version – Crafted entirely from Ultrasuede, this option offers a high-frequency-absorptive response for a more laid-back AB1266 listening experience—perfect for those seeking a warmer tonal balance.
Universal Compatibility & Break-In Period:
These ear pads are compatible with all versions of the AB1266, providing an instant upgrade in both comfort and sound. Like all premium leather and Ultrasuede pads, they will gradually break in and compress to conform to your head shape over time. Adjustments may be needed as they settle in.
